She became one of the first African / Irish woman to run a successful local football club for children in her area. Her down to earth approach to life is appealing, insightful, informative and educational. Annie refuses to be a victim of rejection and hardship- she took the bull by the horns. Boldly, she reached out to her community as a valuable volunteer contributing to numerous projects. Her story is compelling and challenging to the African Diaspora in Ireland and beyond.
