Green Horizons_Climate Law

On 9 April 2024, the European Court of Human Rights ruled that Switzerland had failed to act in time and in an appropriate and consistent manner to devise, develop and implement relevant legislation and measures to mitigate the effects of climate change. This judgment will have serious implications for all other European governments. In the last programme of the series, Clodagh Daly and Mollie Breen of the Centre for Environmental Justice and Transition Year Mount Temple Comprehensive School students discuss the effect of Climate Change and how legislation can force the implementation of policies.
